TISI has established มอก. 4773-2569, a standard for categorising test scenarios for automated driving systems. It is an identical adoption of ISO 34504:2024 and applies to automated driving systems from SAE level 3 to level 5.
The Royal Gazette of 8 September 2026 carried TIS standards for low-voltage circuit-breakers, battery chargers and robotic lawnmowers. The charger standard repeals the notification behind มอก. 1676-2561 and takes effect after 120 days.
Thai FDA added herbal foot-bath and body-steam products to the exemption already available for herbal compresses, and issued quality and labeling conditions for the three categories. It also amended the framework for listed technical evaluators.
Thai FDA reminded relevant license holders to complete production, import and sales reporting for listed controlled drugs for May–August 2026 by 30 September. Operators should confirm whether FDA Reporter, Track and Trace, or both apply.
TISI has issued draft ministerial regulations that would make solar panels, inverters, cables, fuses, DC circuit-breakers and lithium batteries for energy storage subject to mandatory TIS standards. Consultation has closed, and the panel draft has advanced to a published impact analysis.
